Role: UX Researcher and Designer
We unified oversight across all aspects of the technology systems to ensure the visitor and management experiences would be resilient. I worked on improving their ticketing kiosk to ensure a seamless experience from ticket selection to purchasing.

Overview
New York City’s Empire State Building is one of the most famous architectural structures in the world. Created by a team of architects and designers, the renovation aims to transform visitor experience of the skyscraper and its history. The renovation is a multi-part rebuilding of the tower, which will be completed by late 2019.

It was brought to life by a cross-disciplinary, best-in-class team from the arts and architecture to technology and entertainment industries, to conceive and curate the fully-modernized masterpiece.
Client
